The Fourth Reception Committee aka "Dale" is a character that appeared in "Babes in the Woods".
Appearance[]
Dale is a grey dog-like creature with a dark cloud raining over his head. He also has large eyes, a common thing for the characters in the show.
History[]
Nothing is really known about The Fourth Reception Committee. Although, same as the Old North Wind he resembles the colors of the real world.
