History
Kathleen is first seen in "Into the Unknown," hanging out with her friends at a football game. When Greg hands her Wirt's tape and tells her that it is for Sara, she and her friends tease Wirt about his crush on her. Later, they slip the tape into Sara's jacket for her to listen to it.
Personality
Kathleen has a stereo-typical teenage relationship with her friends, and is somewhat bully-some towards Wirt.
