Nick Cross, Canadian Animator
Nick Cross was the art director for Over the Garden Wall and Tome of the Unknown. As well as this, he was responsible for many of the high quality animated sequences such as the Highway Man's dance. He has since worked on other Cartoon Network shows such as Infinity Train and Tig n' Seek.
