The North Wind is a character who appears in "Babes in the Woods."
He is locked behind a large gate and wall in Cloud City and is set free by Gregory on accident. He wreaks havoc on the people of Cloud City until he is locked in a bottle. His capture leads Gregory to receive a wish from The Queen of the Clouds.
He has his own song called The Old North Wind.
At some point in his life, he committed a crime but was locked behind the gates in Cloud City...
- North winds are infamous for blowing in storms in the Midwest and other areas.
- He also bears influence from Boreas, the North Wind god of Greek mythology.
