The River Behind the Cemetery is a natural location in Wirt and Greg's Hometown that may be considered a municipal property, but this has not been confirmed yet. This the river that is behind the cemetery wall and is below the train tracks that can be heard in episode | chapter 10 when Wirt and Greg are rescued from the river.

We finally get to see the body of water that Wirt and Greg fell into, after crossing the Cemetery wall, before arriving in the Unknown, and based on the image we can deduce that it is a river, and that train tracks run over it, in Wirt and Greg's Hometown. It is only seen in Distillatoria that we see the tracks, although they were experiencing a hallucination the train tracks are confirmed in the cartoon series.
